Welcome to the USTET Applicants' Results Portal.

To understand your results better, please read the following information first.

The Office for Admissions (OFAD) will no longer issue hard copies or send results via email. You may download and print your results for your reference if needed.

I. DEFINITION OF TERMS:

1. QUALIFIED

The applicant met the cut-off scores set by the Academic Unit (Faculty, College, Institute, or School) for the program applied for.

Note: Cut-off scores vary by program based on the required level of competency, as determined by the Academic Unit.

2. FOR SECOND SCREENING

The applicant met the cutoff scores set by the Academic Unit and is qualified for second screening. This may include an interview, a talent test (e.g., audition), or a similar activity. Please refer to the instructions on your results page for details.

Note: Qualifying for second screening does not guarantee admission. Applicants must still pass the second screening to be accepted into the program.

3. ON-WAITING LIST

The applicant met the required cutoff scores for the chosen program. However, due to limited slots, he/she must wait for further instructions and will be considered for admission only if slots become available.

4. DID NOT MEET CUT-OFF SCORES

The applicant did not meet the Academic Unit's cutoff scores for both the priority and alternative programs.

Note: Cutoff scores vary by program based on the required level of competency, as determined by the Academic Unit.

5. PRIORITY PROGRAM (COLLEGE APPLICANTS ONLY)

This is the program selected as the applicant's primary choice, where he/she intends to enroll and develop his/her knowledge and skills.

6. ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM (COLLEGE APPLICANTS ONLY)

If the applicant does not meet the cutoff scores for the priority program, they may be considered for the alternative program, subject to its cut-off scores. If the applicant qualifies for the priority program, the result for the alternative program is no longer processed.

II. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:

1. Confirmation of Enrollment

Reserve your slot online to confirm your intention to enroll in your qualified program. Please follow the schedule as indicated in the Academic Unit's specific instructions.

This is the only accepted mode of payment (bank transfer, cash, and check are not accepted). Make payments only through the official UST Online Payment Gateway and not through any other account or website.

3. Downloading of Documents

Download and print the Confirmation of Enrollment form (COE). Submit this to the Academic Unit along with the other requirements. ALTERING USTET RESULTS

In previous years, some applicants claimed that their USTET results changed after viewing. These claims were thoroughly investigated and found to be unsubstantiated; submitted screenshots were identified as altered or digitally manipulated.

In case of any dispute, the results shown in the University's Freshmen Admission System will prevail and are considered final.
