To facilitate better understanding of your results, it is important to read the information found here before viewing your results.
The Office for Admissions (OFAD) will no longer provide hard copies of your results nor email the result to you. You may download and print your results for your reference if needed.
1. QUALIFIED
The applicant met the required cut-off score set by the Academic Unit (College, Faculty, Institute, or School) for the program or strand they applied for.
Note: Each program and strand has its own cut-off scores depending on the level of competency required of their students as determined by the Academic Unit.
2. FOR SECOND SCREENING
The applicant met the cut-off scores set by the Academic Unit for the program and is qualified for second screening. This could be in the form of an interview, talent test (e.g. audtion, drawing), or other similar activities.Refer to the instructions indicated in your results for details.
Note: Qualifying for second screening does not guarantee admission since acceptance into the selected program also requires passing the second screening.
3. ON-WAITING LIST
Although the scores of the applicant met the required cut-off scores set by the Academic Unit for the program or strand of choice, because of quota limitations, they shall have to wait for further instructions and can only be considered if slots are still available.
4. DID NOT MEET CUT-OFF SCORE/S
The applicant did not meet the required cut-off score/s set by the Academic Unit for the selected programs (both priority and alternative) or strand of choice.
5. PRIORITY PROGRAM
This is the program (for College applicants only) that the applicant selected as their primary interest in which they intend to enroll and further their knowledge and skills.
Note: Each program and strand has its own cut-off scores depending on the level of competency required of their students as determined by the Academic Unit.
6. ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM
In case the applicant does not meet the cut-off scores of their priority program, they will be considered in their alternative program (College applicants only) subject to the cut-off scores set by the Academic Unit. Once an applicant qualifies in their priority program, their alternative program is no longer processed.
1. Reserve your slot online to indicate your intention to enroll in the program or strand you qualified for. The schedule of reservatio period is specified in the Academic Unit's specific instructions.
Click the "Pay Reservation Fee" button to pay the non-refundable reservation fee of ten thousand pesos (PhP 10,000.00) using the Online Payment Gateway. This is the only mode of payment available. (Bank transfers, Cash and Check payments are not accepted)
2. Download and print the Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) form. This will be submitted to the Academic Unit together with the other requirements.

3. Read and follow the specific instructions of the Academic Unit for the confirmation of enrollment (submission of credentials).
Failure to reserve your slot and submit confirmation of enrollment documents as instructed by the Academic Unit within the specified schedule will automatically mean forfeiture of your slot.
4. Two (2) weeks after submission of Confirmation of Enrolment documents, log-in at https://pds.ust.edu.ph to accomplish the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) online and download the Acknowledgement Slip. In case you cannot log in, contact hte Academic Unit for assistance.
As an applicant for second screening, please refer to the Academic Unit's instructions.
